Website Hosting Terms

1. Free Website Build
The website build itself is provided at no upfront cost. The client pays a monthly hosting fee to keep the website live and maintained.

2. Monthly Hosting Fee
The hosting fee is AU$38.99 per month for Australian clients, and £19.99 per month for UK clients. This covers hosting, security, and technical maintenance.

3. Cancellation
The service is month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, the website will be taken offline at the end of the current billing period.

4. Domains and Logos
If the client does not already have a domain name or logo, these can be provided as optional paid services. Any purchased domain or logo remains the property of the client.

5. Ownership
The website is provided as a hosted service. While the subscription remains active, the website remains live and maintained. If hosting is cancelled or payments fail, the website will be taken offline. The client retains ownership of their domain name, logo, and content. The website build structure and hosting infrastructure remain the property of Nimble Dingo.

6. Payments
Payments are billed monthly via automatic subscription. Failed payments may result in the website being paused immediately until payment is resolved. Continued non-payment may result in permanent suspension and removal of hosting.

7. Support and Changes
The hosting fee covers maintaining the website and ensuring it remains live and operational. This fee does not include new pages, design amendments, or additional features unless agreed in writing. One revision per website is included following the client’s initial review. All requested changes must be submitted in a single consolidated list. Any further revisions or amendments will be chargeable and treated as a separate service.

8. Refunds
Hosting and activation fees are non-refundable once the website has been activated or services have commenced.

9. Limitation of Liability
Nimble Dingo is not liable for loss of revenue, data, or business interruption resulting from website downtime, third-party service issues, or force majeure events.
